The Construction Services
department provides a complete range of construction management services
including constructability reviews, cost and schedule control, quality assurance
inspection, dispute mitigation and resolution. Much of the work is for the
public sector, particularly on the highway and bridge projects for departments
of transportation where we specialize in supplementing the owner's
staff. We also perform detailed inspections of existing bridges,
buildings, dams, docks, wharves and industrial structures. Our staff
includes construction professionals experienced in the review of as-built
drawings, building codes, state and federal regulatory requirements and the
definition of scope documents. Our staff has performed condition
assessments of high-rise buildings, industrial complexes, warehouses,
commercial facilities and manufacturing plants.
